I lead the group's digital wing, reforming brand image and presence across platforms. I oversee live streaming, content creation, brand strategy, media planning, and develop admission strategies, including financial management, IT, and crisis management.
I lead the School of Media, Communication, Fine Arts, Design, and Performing Arts at Sister Nivedita University, built the studio and labs, launched the Digital Educational TV, and spearhead UGC consultancy projects and international collaborations.
I held full authority over department administration, engaged in strategic planning, program development, and academic calendar design. I drafted proposals and reports, organized faculty development seminars, taught media subjects, and collaborated with the media industry on programs.
As a producer, I handled special political programs and feature stories, managed PR, communication, and news packaging. I oversaw scriptwriting, editing, content enhancement, and had full authority over program decisions, including look and content.
I taught mass communication to master's, postgraduate, and bachelor’s students, covering video production and filmmaking (both theory and practical). I managed the University’s PR, organized media seminars, and emphasized practical knowledge and student placements.
I handled news packaging, managed newsroom activities for special programs, and worked in PCR and newsrooms. I wrote and edited scripts, enhanced content with research and rare footage, and specialized in feature and cultural stories.
